PhD defense of Marwah Al-Maatoq

On the 18th of December 2023, the colloquium of Marwah Al-Maatoq on the topic of her PhD thesis "Investigation of artifacts and mechanical properties of non-metallic MRI biopsy needles in interventional procedures: Phantom and Simulation studies" took place under the chairmanship of Prof. Ulrike Steinmann (EIT, OVGU). The reviewers were Prof. Hoeschen (EIT, OVUG), Prof. Michael Friebe (MED, OVGU) and Prof. Heike Walles (VST, OVGU).
Marwah Al-Maatoq has successfully defended her dissertation and earned the degree of Doctor of Engineering (Dr.-Ing.).
