Chair Retreat in Tangermünde

On 1 and 2 October 2024, the team retreat took place in Tangermünde.
Organised by coach Constantin Sander, the retreat was held under the motto ‘JOIN FORCES’ and aimed to strengthen teamwork, improve communication processes and find a common vision.
The programme included a wide range of activities, including a team challenge, a brewery tour, creative exercises and intensive discussion rounds in which we reflected on our previous successes and defined future goals as a team.
Through various methods, all employees were able to concretise their visions for the chair but also for themselves personally and plan next steps.
There was also enough room to address obstacles in the work environment and develop solutions.
Through open discussions and inspiring impulses, we defined common goals and developed new ideas to better tackle upcoming challenges as a team.
We had a lot of fun and are now looking ahead to a successful future full of motivation!
