The Chair of Medical Systems Technology meets for the annual retreat

On the 10th and 11th of November 2022, the annual chair retreat with the slogan "Let's shape our future" took place in Schönebeck. All employees of the group spent two days evaluating their current projects and working out future research ideas.

With the help of coach Constantin Sander (mind steps) we have developed and tested tools for trusting cooperation and a good communication and team culture. In addition, we strengthened our team building in many discussions and tasks, ate pizza together and had a lot of fun.

As a result, many relevant research questions and new project ideas have arisen, so that we are looking forward to 2023 with excitement and motivation!
